Your privacy is paramount. Minike Tools operates in a decentralized manner. Most of our tools process data directly in your browser (client-side). We do not store in our database the information you input (such as generated CPFs, WhatsApp numbers, or texts). We only request data when strictly necessary, by lawful means, and with your consent.
2. Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies
We use Google AdSense to monetize the portal and keep it free. Google and its partners use cookies (such as the DART cookie) to serve ads based on your previous visits to our site and other places on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings.
3. Downloads, Repositories, and Smartlinks
Our portal provides access to files (Excel, Word, PDF, Images) hosted on Google Drive. We do not store private copies. Additionally, we use redirection systems (Smartlinks) from advertising partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites after redirection.
4. Your Rights (LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA)
We respect data protection laws in Brazil (LGPD), Europe (GDPR), and California (CCPA). You have the right to access, correct, request deletion, or opt out of the sale of your personal information. Since our system is mostly anonymous, the most effective way to revoke advertising tracking is by clearing your browser cookies.
5. Data Security
We protect browsing data using industry-standard encryption (SSL/HTTPS) to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, or modifications.
6. User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) guidelines and global data protection laws, we guarantee your right to be forgotten. Although Minike Tools does not require account creation or store personal data on our servers, if you have provided any identifiable data (e.g., via a contact form) and wish to request the immediate and permanent deletion of any residual records, please send an email with the subject "DATA DELETION" to the email address listed below. Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive a deletion confirmation.
